When Summer Declares War On Your Skin
While for most people, summer is a great time for vacationing, fun and relaxation; for some of us, summer is a nightmare. I’m not talking about the scorching heat which you can easily escape by installing an AC device or drinking a cold beverage for instance. I’m referring to the specific dreaded summer skin conditions.
Excessive sweat, dry air and constant sun exposure will literarily wreak havoc on some people with skin problems. Luckily, there are many ways of dealing with them before they become a problem that forces you avoid leaving the house without applying make-up and putting on large sunglasses. Let’s analyze the most common skin conditions you can develop during summer.

1. Skin flaking
Being in the sun all day is highly likely to cause skin flaking, particularly for those with sensitive skin, which unfortunately can experience flaking even when it is not that warm outside. While your first temptation would be to peel that skin right off, take note that you are only going to do more harm. Applying a good moisturizer daily will surely fix this issue in less than one week.
2. Shiny and oily
Generally speaking, shiny skin is the result of excessive oil secretion and it is mostly linked to hormonal issues.
